Was convinced until I heard the rocket Tom... but seeing the picture and knowing how well rocket goes with Scallops, think this could well be a dish we may create as a wee starter on Saturday night. Obviously with a much smaller amount.
Get scallops. Get haddock. Goujonize haddock. Season and leave aside
Put on brown rice. It takes 45 minutes. Or use Basmati, it takes 12.
One onion, three cloves of garlic (or to taste. Fry onion (hemp oil's good, the legal stuff) until very soft. Chop two cloves of garlic in and soften. Add tomato puree. Add Patak paste (or curry powder) and water and simmer for half an hour.
Crush clove of garlic. Hot pan, olive or hemp oil. Scallops first, then haddock, then garlic. Guesswork until ready (slightly caramelised outer of scallops good for me.
