Some old ticket stubs....

The Stones in 1976, Upper Circle of the Apollo in Glasgow. Utterly terrifying. Bits of plaster falling off the ceiling, the whole balcony moving up and down by about 12 inches in time with the beat.

UB40 at the SECC - that was the first ever gig at the venue. Chrissie Hynde was a surprise guest.

Ry Cooder - Harry Dean Stanton sang Across the Borderline....

Culture Club - didn't go...

I was at that Stones gig - downstairs, happily. It became a standing gig from song one though - whatever that was - any ideas? I was on the balcony at a Status Quo gig later and too right, it was scary stuff. Good gig, mind, whatever you might think! Haven't got the stubs from either of these, but I do have from EC at the Playhouse: £13 for 2. Bet on Corbiere in the Grand National that very day and won - yep, £13.
